Bought a Palmetto upper during the holiday sales and needed a stripped lower for the build. Noticed that Addax Tactical had Blemished Stripped lowers on the website. Headed down there today and checked them out. Very nice people and they told me that the anodizing was not to their liking, so they got the lowers bead blasted and re-anodized. In the end they didnt like the finish on them again, so they are selling them as blem's. The finish is a bit glossy, but for a lower in a pinch this will do just nicely.
