Ares 80% Blem Lowers, Should i be concerned?

I got my two Ares 80% Blems today and have some concerns. Whats your opinion?

First is the Bolt release hole, High and at an angle. Both had this "Issue" And the front Pin hole is out of round as if it was dropped. No damage to box. See pics below.

Just helped a friend put a 80% together today with that same bolt release hole problem. Ended up breaking the forward tab. The hole was so close to the surface of the tab, there was no way it was going to go together w/o a problem. Going to have to run it with no bolt hold open option

They are sending me a return label and said they will send out Replacements. I'll let ya know the condition of them when they arrive. Thanks for the replies..
