Turner's never pulled their guns. But they did sell out of them, which is why their shelves and display cases were empty for quite some time.

Big 5 didn't "pull" their guns: they chose to keep them in back for a while and would sell them if a customer asked for one.

When I went to Big5 after the tragedy, they told me that out of respect for the victims in Newtown, they would not sell them. They said all Big5s' took them off the shelves and they would not be for sale until further notice from HQ.

Yeah about the Big 5 ARs I was working at one at the time they just withheld them in the back. I was able to purchase one of the ATIs but had to get a hold of corporate first. Not sure if they have anymore now.
