    CR123 Batteries

One dozen shipped was $15.43 (1.29 each) http://www.batteryjunction.com/tpen-tcr123a-.html - can be purchased in any quantity.

Titanium Innovations is a very good brand... One of many reviews here: http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/...efire-Duracell

That's their normal price on the TI CR123 batteries. Still, good for people who aren't aware of it.

Usually around this time or during the holidays, Battery Junction will have online coupons to use, like 20-30% off the entire order sometimes. That usually covers shipping a bit more.

With a good coupon, you can get CR123's from them for just under a dollar each.

      WTB used AK MFER.

I've used them before and they are good batteries.

Yup, they are normally $1 per battery.

It's been a while since I've bought from Battery Junction... I didn't realize it was their normal price - thought it was periodic sale price...

Oh well, I stocked up on a dozen before I really needed to but it's time to replace a bunch of flashlight batts anyway

My car is imported (from Japan)... Great car. I have a couple guns that were imported (from Germany and Italy)... Great guns. Lots of imported products are very good ( including these batteries)...

Presumably you mean specifically China (and not just imported)... China doesn't always mean bad.

I think people are skittish about buying these batteries because there have been reported instances of foreign CR123 or knock offs that have exploded for various reasons. The Titanium Innovations have the PTC protection and are UL certified. Buy with confidence. Got a bunch years ago from the Battery Junction folks at SHOT and they still power my lights fine.

Made in the USA and they make CR123 for Duracell, Surefire etc.

I'm not skittish about them and don't mean to imply they are junk. I just prefer spending a little more for a product made in the USA. I like these: http://www.batterystation.com/cr123a.htm Not quite as inexpensive but still reasonably priced when you buy 50.

Nothing against your batteries or your statement here. China doesn't always mean bad, but china always means china. I try to avoid it if there is a reasonable alternative.
