At least steel cased ammo is slowly coming down in price. Now if brass cased stuff would follow.

The Slick guns link shows a pic of Tula.

Update: got my 1k rounds in today. It's tulammo like pictured on slickguns. I've ran this ammo in my AR's before without a problem, and I'm looking forward to the upcoming range trip.

My case just showed up today, it's standard Tula .223

Quality rifles in .223 will shoot this stuff just fine!

In the desert. Federal land. There's a few places about 100 miles outside of Los Angeles you can shoot at.
These are not the droids you're looking for. Move along, move along.

False! Maybe by you no ranges allow it. Plenty of ranges don't care what you shoot.

You can shoot it at on-target in Laguna Hills. They allow any steel cased/green tip ammo in their rifle lanes.

                              Rahaugges allows it.
