                  Lots of uses. You can block them to only hold 10 rounds(most common). You can also take them out of state, put them together and use them.

                  Lastly god forbid there is a society breakdown/natural deserter/without rule of the law, they will come in handy. I live in a rural area and have a large property, and I will defend it with force against trespassers in a situation like that.

                          Are you that slow you don't know many people are permently blocking them to make 10/20s and 10/30s?

                          Why pay extra for a blocked mag when you can do it yourself.

                          Its hard to find 10 rounders for some guns and they are usually pricey.
