I'd go back and reread the laws. The STANDARD capacity rebuild kits will no longer be available, but that does nothing to the existing rebuild kits already here.

WRONG - Read some of the other threads.

They went after "kits" and AB48, due to wording, may or may not even have that affect.

Nothing changed with existing mags.

thought it was jan 2014. oh well, lanbo does have great pricing on pmags at the moment. they have about 100 of the new 20rd m3 pmags in stock and does not look like there are any left from the distributor.

You are supposed to ask them in the comment section of the order. But I imagine just to cover their butt they wouldn't ship them complete anyway.

Please people! Hit the 2A forum. AB 48 is not good, but not nearly as bad as it seems. Much of the proposed law was contingent on 396 passing- which it did not.
