Don't buy ANYTHING there
I purchased 16 lbs of Bullseye Powder. Good price not to buy however on their web site they warn you about possible shipping delays with the following message:
"...Powder and primer may be mixed in the same order with just one hazmat fee. Due to the high demand and the limited amount we can ship in one day, at times there can be a delay in shipping up to one week...."
Even though they are not able/willing to ship your item because of some "UPS limitations" THEY have (none of the customer's business of course) they go ahead and immediately charge your CC. BTW, this is either a scam OR a home-based-business because similar well-known sellers (e.g. Powder Valley, Natchez, etc.) don't have same limitation with UPS.
Then when you don't get any shipping notification within the promised "one-week maximum delay" and asked them about ETA for your purchase they say this to you (directly taken from their email):
"Thank you for contacting us. we state on all hazmat items that it can take a week or more for orders to ship. "
Last time I checked "a week or more" is not the promised MAX "up-to one week" shipping delay. If you request a refund because they did not honor their own shipping time they will gladly do so with 5% cancellation fee. Do the math if they keep doing this to all customers it'll be a lot of money for nothing. Actually I have no idea is they had this item in stock as they said on their web site.
If you dare to argue with them they'll keep sending you a bunch of threatening emails with all sort of legal consequences. Again taken from their email:
"You are free to do whatever you like but just keep in mind that you will be held responsible for you actions and all the damage that comes from them.
Thank You,
Jason "
The moral of this story is AVOID this type of sellers and especially from LG Outdoors if you care about your time and money.Comment
