For those not aware, Costco (beloved flagship of capitalism) has soft shell jackets for a scant $22 each.
They come in three colors, and I think go from S-XXL.
I bought two of them last season and they held up pretty well. They've made some improvements for this year's model - particularly velcro straps to adust the wrists.
A great buy any way you slice it.
