Is anyone able to get Tapco mags to work with their opap? I can't seem to squeeze them in.

I finally got a chance to shoot my O-PAP yesterday. We put about 120 rounds through it in freezing cold conditions out in the desert. The rifle functioned 100% and shot with excellent accuracy (We didn't bench it, but off hand shooting at silhouettes from 50-75 yards and various targets set up at that range were easy. The heavy weight of the weapon and the thick rubber butt pad made this the softest and most pleasant shooting AK I have ever used.

Just like the above posted, I put another 200 rounds thru mine,
Total about 400 rounds no issues at all! And super Acurate with irons at 100 yards!

You have to sand the mags down. Then they work fine. Take just enough off to get them to fit. I use a block of wood and some emory cloth.

I shot my O-PAP yesterday and zero failures on 250 rounds I put through it. It was shooting right for me so I had to push the front sight right. Pinging a 12" steel gong at about 100 yards with Wolf ammo is accurate enough for me. Softer recoil compared to my Romy-G AK. The weight and rubber stock pad helps.

Thanks for the feedback boys. I'll try sanding 1 and see if that works.
