The PSA deal posted a few posts down. Its the PSA kit, LPK, buffer tube, spring, FA bolt, stock for 200.00

ok I will, i bought one here, 409 delivered for a 20" stainless bull barrel complete upper and it was assembled. 290 without BCG(assembled) not a box of parts....

$299 upper, $20 charging handle, and then $199 PSA lower build kit.... throw in my $99 lower receiver, and add in shipping costs, taxes, and DROS fees where applicable.....

you can build a complete & budget AR for around $650
