Anyone else's order get changed? I received a partial refund and my order was changed from 12 to 1. Weak sauce.

I received a message stating they didn't have enough stock and would only send 1 per customer. Today I got this message.

I did get a $6. refund out of $13- BUT HAVE RECEIVED NO FLASHLIGHTS!
Is this company a rip off or did they get too far under water?
I have written them and am waiting for an answer before I go to PayPal.

Ive bought from them a lot over the years and never had a problem. That said I never bought anything from a link on Cal Guns. I bet they got slammed!

Yea sounds like they got slammed with orders. I had a bit of a nightmare trying to get my refund going, and their customer service was pretty bad, online chat. Ended up only getting a partial refund until I complained and then they refunded immediately. Still waiting on the one I paid for. I get emails once a week or so saying they are working with the supplier to get more and I can cancel or wait. I figure for $1.30 I'll wait it out and see what happens.

I received my flashlight today, it's kinda cheesy, IMO it's worth about 50 cents. There is a fake switch on the tailcap, to activate, it must be twisted or untwisted to turn off, not as positive as a clicky switch, so it's easy to leave it on inadvertently.
