Agreed. I ordered a few BB's a while ago. Waited weeks and they never came. I emailed them and they said I should have received them already. Eventually they blamed it on their shipping co. And said they would resend, only problem was their were out of stock so I waited about 6 weeks for 2 BB's. They did refund me %10 though.
Not sure I'd buy from them again
