its fairly easy....just looks intimidating. brownell has videos on how to do it and there are other sites as well

It is a good deal. I'm glad to see that you can again complete an AR for under 800 bucks. 2 kits left. And it is easy to complete an upper, it's helpful, if not necessary, to have an upper vise block though.
