I don't believe that they will ship these to California. They do ship 30 rounders as kits but when I tried to get a Surefire 60 rounder they would not ship it here, even as a kit. I was told by the resident Calguns PSA rep that the rebuild kit policy only applied to 30 round AR and AK mags.
