Got mine today, thanks to davidgre! I got there just before the outside booths were closing, around 6. Was pretty tame. Pro shop was busy, though. Met some cool people on the range also.

Went there to shop and if it wasn't for the fact that I live way to far, I would have definitely became a member. On a side note, FFL transfer is $150 non-member but only $75 for members. Could make a difference if your LGS charges you a lot more, and you do a lot of online shopping.

No access to the rifle range though?

The 2:1 membership gives you access to everything. However, shooting clays will be extra. Whereas plinking paper or metal will have no extra costs associated. That's my understanding. I just joined as well ;-)

It's Only Access To Pistol And Rifle Range. For Shotguns, It Is Only Good When They Allow It In Bay 3, Or At The Rifle Range, But This Is Not For The Shotgun Range.

Got my membership today, $125/year. Well worth it IMO. The steel targets are crazy fun. If you have an AR or AK, the 100 yard rifle range is good to go. The place is very clean and the walkways are all paved.

I went solo and hung out at the line to check in for the pistol range. Chances are, if you hang out for 20 mins someone else that's there solo will show up that wants to spit a membership. He will ring you up separately.

I signed up after I was done shooting for the day. I should have just filled out the membership application before I started shooting and just asked him to pair me up if someone asks to join solo. That way I could have just checked back in with him after I was done shooting to see if he had any takers. The staff is super friendly from the cafe, to the range masters and the pro shop.

On another note, some of the ammo I shot today was FMJ with a steel case, I gave them a heads up and all they asked was for me to pick up my spent cases so it wouldn't mix with the brass cases.

Here's a question: there's no way to pair up with someone NOT physically present, is there? I'd love to, but I'm not sure I'll be able to make it there this weekend. I'd be into pairing up with someone if there is a way to work that out, though.

When I was in line, all you had to give was the second persons name and both memberships had to be paid at that time, not one now and another later. They gave 2 membership cards and each had a name on it. If you went in half'er with another forum member, you would probably need to pay or Paypal him first and coordinate physically getting your membership card. It's possible, but might be a headache.

The person who was not present at the time the membership was issued will need to fill out the paperwork on their first visit. Sorry the only way I know this is because I was hanging out at the sign up desk for 20 mins. I don't work there lol.

I'd be down to PayPal a veteran calguns member if they're picking up a membership tomorrow. PM me if interested.
