          I believe all CMMG uppers come with a BCG. And if you look, you can see there's a charging handle held in place. The only way for it to be held in place like that is if the BCG is installed.

                              But who sells an upper with a charging handle and no bolt and carrier? No one I know of.

                              And I recently bought the same 16" CMMG .300 BLK upper (but with a 4 rail free float handguard) and it came with a BCG. It was $649 from SGCUSA.com.

                                      CMMG has several barrel material types that move prices around for seemingly the same upper. Chrome lined, WASP, SS.. HF vs non HF..
