That company is located in Mira Loma, CA and selling most low quality stuff from China.
I got a handguard from them and it's a piece of junk.

Out of stock now and according to their listing the barrels are made in house by them. One reviewer seemed to suggest that the barrels are used, others (or the same one) mentioned rust on the inside of the barel, while most others commented on how the barrel is blued and not phosphated. On the other hand, one or two reviewers have said that the barrel works just fine and one even says that he got really tight groups (holes touching each other) at 50 yards.

I'd say that these would be good for a very tight budget build and you're not too concerned about accuracy (ie. don't need it to be a tack driver) and are willing to (potentially) sacrifice some longevity in order to save some money. Me, from everything that I've read here about the importance of your barrel choice, I'm planning on spending a little extra and get one of those BCM barrels for my build even though I'm doing something of a budget build. I'm not looking to build a tack driver but I do want my AR to be reasonably and accurate and I'm not willing to chance it on some no name barrel, no matter how good the price.

I have first hand experience dealing with that company. Their product is unproven and most likely manufacture in house in China.
I wouldn't put any critical components, especially a barrel or BCG, from an unknown source on my rifle.
