yes, it is a great upper, I have an evo ultralight and pre panic you could get the evo or evo ultralight for $800.

Got my complete MOE 16" upper pre-panic for around 615 shipped. So far with over a thousand rounds , no problems yet. It runs very clean. I might try to look for a 14.5" when prices get better.

OOS. did it include BCG with it though? Pic looks like its missing the CH, but I can't see if it mentions it anywhere on the page. Presumably complete means complete.....
