Has anyone actually received the rebuild kits before? their terms and conditions seem pretty straight forward regarding not shipping to CA. The last part seems to say they only ship rebuild kits to authorized FFL's as well?






Magazines – We abide by all state, federal and local laws regarding magazines. If you are law enforcement in CA (AR-15/AK High Capacity Magazines Sold as Rebuild Kits ONLY), HI, MA, NJ, MD or NY, you must call your order in.

Magazine Ordering Restrictions:

We abide by all state regulations regarding the sale of high capacity magazines. We DO NOT ship high capacity magazines (those greater than 10 rounds) with firearms to the states listed below. We will not replace high capacity magazines with state compliant magazines, nor do we offer refunds in place of the magazines. The responsibility for understanding state laws regarding magazine capacities is on the customer.

Customers ordering PSA AR-15 rifles from states regulating magazine capacity will receive a compliant magazine in place of the standard 30 round magazine. (Palmetto State Armory manufactured rifles only!)

States with applied magazine restrictions:

California - no magazines greater than 10 rounds

Maryland - no magazines greater than 20 rounds

New Jersey - no magazines greater than 15 rounds

New York - no magazines greater than 10 rounds

Hawaii - no magazines greater than 10 rounds

Illinois - no magazines greater than 12 rounds (Chicago/Cook county)

- no magazines greater than 15 rounds (Aurora area)

Massachusetts - no magazines greater than 10 rounds

Ohio - no magazines greater than 30 rounds

Exceptions:

*L.E.Os must provide both their credentials and a letterhead signed by their department's superior officer stating that the magazine/weapon will be used in the execution of the L.E.O's duties.

*California customers may have their high cap magazines shipped to those FFLs that possess a HIGH CAPACITY MAGAZINE PERMIT, and that offer re-pinning services. The permit must be received by PSA's compliance dept. before the magazine ships.

Yes I've received rebuilds from them on two separate orders. 556 kits only tried to get black dog machine 22lr and they just sat in my box for a month. Had to call them myself to cancel the order.

Was that last part in their terms and conditions when you ordered magazines?

Ordered some D&H from them a couple weeks back, still no response. Have tried emailing them too. IDK about biting another bullet and ordering another set.

They ship to CA. they automatically make kits if your address is in CA. No need to mention anything. got my order from Jan already

Takes them a while before they ship out, ordered a handful of D&H Magazines on 2/15 and just got them around the 28th.

Those concerned with PSA shipping to CA, they do a nice job and you don't even have to request or pay extra for it.

Mine came in a large box with everything broken down and wrapped by part type, (plates in one wrap, springs together in a different wrap, ect.)

Ordered 2 complete uppers on the 17th and still no change in status on account dashboard.

Me, too. Ordered a couple of D&H 30-rounders several weeks back when they had them in (same kind that are up today). Order arrived promptly, mags were disassembled into proper "repair kit" form. Great mags, no problems. Love it!

I would have jumped on this, but I think I'm going to stick with pmags for the balance of my mag collection, in spite of the cost. I'll just build up over time. I don't like the mishmash collection I have now... some D&H, some Tapco, some Pmags, etc.
