Only problem is, did he get it at the $79 price or $95?? Who knows... Everyone else who has not had their mags shipped yet has to agree to the new price otherwise their order gets canceled. I think it's safe to say that it's OBVIOUS Cobratac is selling a product they don't yet have in stock.

NOT TRUE WE HERE IS A PHOTO OF THEM WHEN THEY GOT IN ON MONDAY..

The problem is we had over 50 of 80 in that first case already presold so people were lined up at 26 bux per mag cash at the door before we opened up so those went first and the rest shipped out. when i got to the office most of the mags were gone and i reamed my partner for not holding your orders. so i got on the phone with our supplier and ordered 5 more cases... then they said the price and thats when i started to argue about that price increase apparently my first order was a teaser special price... i feel like i was bieng delt drugs they said if i dont like it i can buy from other suppliers... every one is out of stock you have to buy tons to get an order in edge wise.. so needless to say im pissed about this situation.. and like i said before we will refund any one who wants to cancel just go to the contact page on our website and put in for cal guns group buy cancelation and give us your full name and we will refund asap...

      i greatly apologize...

Refund has been processed, although PayPal placed a temporary hold on funds for some reason? SMH?

Anyway, I'm sure I'll do business with Cobratac.com again in the near future, but out of principle I wouldn't want to purchase from Cobratac's suppliers for reneging on volume pricing discounts. This definitely foiled the whole group buy :/ unless one was willing to pay the extra price.

Perhaps, it's a misunderstanding between Cobratac and their supplier, but either case, I'll just wait for the next group buy or deal to come along. Thanks again Cobratac for trying to help us Calgunners with a deal.

If you're Chris, I was wondering why yours didn't ship first too, that's why I mentioned it on my previous comment. I'm sure money talks and big orders (that makes them the most money) gets priority regardless if it came in first or last (this is not a good way to start off business). After all large orders are fulfilled, they then go to fulfill smaller to single orders.... but, ran out of mags. Apparently, things didn't come along as they anticipated.

@Cobratac, if 50 of the 80 cases were pre-sold, and people lined up outside for the remaining 30 cases, why keep selling them? And you said you needed to pick up 5 more cases, that means you were short on almost all the guys in the group buy. Sorry but I call poor planning and lack of communication within the company. Fix those two thing and I think Cobratac will be alright. And what was the deal with the big order being shipped first? Just curious.

I'm gonna be pissed if someone else's order was filled and mine wasn't.
I was already a bit annoyed when the price was supposed to be $79 and the invoice sent was for $79.95. I paid it anyway....
Now to hear the price has changed, though someone else may have gotten their order @$79...... when I was the first to speak up and get the orders rolling. If mine hasn't shipped, you can refund my $79 AND .95 cents.
I own a business too. In direct opposition to what's posted above, IDE rather fill 5 customers smaller orders than 1 guys larger order. I make 5 happy customers and 1 unhappy one that way, rather than the other way around.

If I may offer a solution:
I count 23 5-packs that are listed on the 1st post that are not shipped, but ordered at $79 ($79.95 charged).

So what's going on? Some people are getting them at $79 and some have to pay more? I've already paid the $79, clarification would be nice.

You couldn't have said it better. I'm not part of this group buy and I never will participate in any group buy deals, but I just feel bad for those who already paid, then receive the bad news.

I was part of the group buy, but I'm not at all bummed about what happened... Sometimes, things happen beyond people's control and in this case Cobra Tactical tried to offer a deal to us Calgunners but unfortunately fell through due to mis-communications that may have occurred between Cobratac and it's suppliers.

For all we know, maybe Cobratac's suppliers realized they can get more for their products and reneged it's volume discounts with Cobratac thus affecting those in the group buy.

Either case, it's refreshing to know that Cobratac was honest about this and even offered refunds to those who wanted to back out. Personally, that is the kind of customer service I expect and will be purchasing products again from them in the future.

No one is forced to buy from Cobratac. This was a group buy for a product that is sold less that what current market value is. It's just unfortunate things didn't go as planned with the 5 for $79.95 deal. Likewise, I'll support honest vendors who are California friendly too...

guys we know this is a tease but we hold no monies ransom... any cancellations may be refunded on the spot, we do not want to disapoint but we cant eat the cost either... those of you that are still on board have to determine if the extra 3 bux will make or break the deal... these mags are all over gun broker for as much as 40 bux.... that is insane!!
We are selling at 100 units pricing even though you can get as little as 5 for that price. plus we take the time and labor to break them down and repackage them for you.

we are not complaining at all and appreciate any business that you guys have given us.

so this is like a bump post so you can see the updates...
