        Not FUD. The kit comes with a standard A2 grip. Unless you replace that or change it by adding a paddle, then you can't use the standard mag release.

        The OP is asking about whether a lower is legal in Cali. I stated in my post that the OP should research legal configurations, I.e. featureless builds.

        But if calling accurate information FUD makes you guys feel better about your superior knowledge, then by all means.

          It is FUD. You don't need a bullet button to posses a lpk. You don't need a bullet button if you use that pistol grip with a .22 rim fire upper receiver. You don't need that bullet button if you use that pistol grip with a solar tactical wrap and don't have any evil features.

          Please, to anyone who believes otherwise cute the PC or stop spreading crap advise.

          OP, search for the flow chart here on Calguns, that should keep you legal. In most cases you would need a bullet button in this state, but not all.
