Oh man. Is it october 28th only?

I assume this has something to do with the atf visiting them not too long ago

Edit: just checked the website. Said it's happening till the 28th. Anyone know if they have anything worth while?

"Then there are sheepdogs. The sheepdogs are the bastions of safety. The sheepdog lives solely to protect the flock and confront the wolf. They live for the opportunity to be called to duty to protect the innocent. The sheepdog has fangs and the propensity for violence but hopes that he will not have to resort to it. However, he lives for that day when he will be able to use his warrior skills and mindset to keep the wolf from harming the sheep."

10-50% off......so that brings them down to normal prices? Not sad to see them go.

Can't make money by raising your prices 20% above your competitors, especially when you have ****ty customer service.

            1. They didn't require some customers to bring/buy gun locks when picking up a firearm

Don't bother, its not even worth going in that store even for a sale. Unless you want to pay full price.

I went in there yesterday and asked about their discount. One of the salesperson said that on new guns, not much wiggle room, but for used, they can work with you. Another salesperson said make a cash offer and he'll talk to the owner if he'll agrees on the price. One of the employee told me that the reason the store was closing because the owner has been doing business for over 35 years and it was time to close. I didn't hear anything about ATF visiting them. I also didn't like their customer service. When I went there to do a private transfer on an AR, I asked one of the employee if it was okay for the buyer to check out the AR in the store. The employee said you can't look at the AR in here or we'll have to charge you sales tax, WTF? I said well I didn't want to show him the AR in the parking lot because someone driving by might call the cops. The employee insist that we take the AR outside for the buyer to look at it or get charge for slaes tax even though I didn't buy the AR from them.

They were a great store in the mid 90's. but started raising their prices, and treating people like idiots if they asked about AR or AK. Plus once turners opened, they had competition and wouldn't even try to match prices. It's capitalism, and the people made their choice.

Visited today. Even with the "discounts" I didn't find anything worth buying. Sad to see people lose their jobs, but I think this store has run its course.

That store looks like all it has is old style shotguns, rifles, and some C&R. Nothing modern, and very pricey...

Big guy with a bunch of tattoos was helpful. He helped me with a GSSF transaction without a hitch. Others have been little to no help.

I asked another guy is he can field strip a new M&P so I can check out the internals, got a no. He said that it was a new pistol and didn't want to wear it out. Lazy butt, hope that I don't see him get hired in other LGS.
