.357 Magnum 158 gr JSP for 18.99 good deal?

Ive been searching for loaded 357 ammo and looking for a good deal online and grafs.com is having these federal rounds on sale for 18.99 a box of 50. Is this a good deal? It seems to beat most things online that ive found and beats everything ive found on ammoengine. Just about the only place I havent checked is Walmart anybody know what their going rate is? Im looking for brass cases and non reloaded namely im looking for brass but I cant find a decent deal on that right now it seems way more expensive than any other brass.

What brand?

There is one inexpensive ammo I bought that was such a smoker, I thought it was cowboy action black powder ammo. I think it was BVAC. Only a problem in the .38 special/.357 magnum. The other calibers from BVAC are great.
