Been thinking about signing up but not sure its worth the all the spam they'll send me. they're just a little to silly for me to feel comfortable joining.

So I thought I finally got my NRA card in the mail on Saturday but it was a letter asking me to pay for an additional year's membership now and they will send me a NRA knife

Its funny that I've "joined" the NRA twice once for $25 at basspro they sent me a letter saying it wasn't charged (it wasn't the lady probably couldn't read my credit card number) and once online because I thought it would be faster than having to mail the same thing I filled out at basspro. Well they charged the 35 instantly yet its been more than a month and still no card, no registration packet, hell not even my Rifleman magazine shows. However, I do get the NRA Store magazine!

When I originally signed up I got my bag in about 4 weeks. The bag is pretty cheap and can't really hold much. I'm more interested in the Bass Pro gift card. I just renewed and hope at least the gift card comes.

I got my bag and bass pro card in 2 weeks after sign-up, it comes in a big padded envelope

I got my bag pretty quick. Open to find out just the bag and a letter stating to enjoy my bag and "Brass Pro Gift Card" Which was no where to be found...? Going to give them a call when I'm free. Has anyone have this same problem.
