How much would it cost to bring into the state? How would you get around the roster?

It's a gen 3 so it's on the roster, you just have to contact your local ffl's for their pricing and how they handle firearm shipments from out of state.

The complete firearm is on the roster, but not the frame.

Would be something a receiving FFL would likely not touch as they?re receiving a freaked only and not complete firearm.

Are those stripped lowers being DROS'ed as handguns and are you exempt from the roster?

Yeah. Just looking for something to keep me busy this winter. Probably cheaper in the long run to just buy a complete gun.

IIRC, a frame isn't legal to purchase in Kalistan unless you're exempt.
