    Black Friday TV Deals?

Looking to pick up a 55" to 60" TV - preferably a Samsung or comparable quality. Would like to keep price under $500-$600, if possible.

Thanks - both my Sister and I haven't had good luck with LG TV's. I see Costco has a 55" Samsung for $479 with a 3 year warranty.

          LG, its OLED or nothing.

Samsung, try for the Q series, at minimum to get your money worth. Ideally Q7 or higher for the real quality.

I'd strongly suggest TCL. Best bang for your buck brand right now.

            The best I can suggest-

Grab your favorite thing you like to watch and try to get best buy to play your DVD or thumb drive.

If you like FAST moving things... how does the motion look to you? Legs all blurry or crystal clear...
Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)

Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT
            (thanks to Jeff Cooper)

Samsung sucks, I would get lower brand with longer warranty.

I have an LG oled purchased in 2017 and it was good for a couple years then the screen started to burn in late 2019

Username checks out. Static images like the score ticker of a basketball game will kill OLED slowly overtime, especially red color.

OLED tech has gotten better and more resistant to burn in nowadays.

Yep. I stay away from anything that is from Samsung, ie tv, washer, dryer, microwave, you name it.

Hisense is the new value leader nowadays. Used to be TCL.

Be careful with Black Friday TV’s. Often times companies such as Sony, Hisense, LG, Samsung etc…will make inferior models for Black Friday. The picture will look just as good, but the unit might not last as long. The best way to avoid this is to shop by part #. Just research reviews of that part #.
