May those that love us, love us.
And those that don't love us,
    May God turn their hearts.
And if He doesn't turn their hearts,
    May He turn their ankles
So we will know them by their limping.

I've been using one of these for years, albeit the plastic version. I've processed, I'd say, 15 whitetail deer through it so far-ish. It goes a bit slow on the feeding, but it does work well and you don't have to store a stand a lone grinder for 11 months out of the year.

Thanks! I don't even need it, or don't know that I do, but I bought it anyway.

If you have a kitchen aid that it attaches to, you win!

I do have a Kitchen Aid, know how the attachment works, but I never saw the need for one of these. I see this most beneficial for hunters, which I'm not. I always buy my 80/20 ground meat at a grocery store. With that said, what type of cut would you suggest? I might start doing it myself, if the difference is that significant. I recently cured and smoked my own bacon, for the first time and it came out money. So I'm always open to try new recopies.

Get creative with it. I tend to always include a London Broil or chuck or something as my main, with bacon and another meat (Ive done with pork sasuage, turkey susage, tri tip).

Once ground once, season to your liking with anything you like. I use 2Gringos seasons *Brisket Magic, Steak Seassoning, Chupacraba and even McCormick taco seasoning*. Ive splashed them with Whiskey, topped them with garlic butter.

I like to smoke mine over Hickory or Mystque for about an hour and finish on the gril for a couple minutes each side.

Top with the cheese of your fancy and enjoy!

Sirloin is a good cut for burgers. Dont forget to cut in some fat.

Darn it, such a good deal. Got one and when it arrived I went to put it away only to find I already had one from the last time it was posted here at half off. OP you cost me a pretty penny with all your finds but you got me twice on this one.
