I know there is hesitation to purchase "used" earbuds, but when I purchased the 75t last time, they looked brand new with new sealed, ear gels, just a a brown box. Comes with a 2 year warranty and are shipped via FedEx overnight.

How are these in terms of call quality?

My 75ts work well for calls, but I'm not an expert on that. They sound really good and are tunable with the app.

I would recommend the 75t/85t for the ANC alone.

I have a pair of the 65t and they fall out easily with jaw movement when talking for more than about 2 mins. I would buy them again if only to use to listen, not talk.
With that being said, I just bought another pair. Thanks OP.

Caution! I picked up a pair last year and only one worked so they were returned maybe the quality control has improved i don't know

Refurbished often does not mean used, but some other "not completely new" state.

Maybe they failed QA, maybe they were in a blister pack that opened, maybe they shipped to a retailer and then were shipped back.

Frequently they were purchased by a customer and returned unopened. Some stores refuse to resell them, some stores don't GAS.

Yeah, they could have been used. For that reason I typically avoid refurbished products.

Got the earbuds, charged them, DOA.
They got returned today. Let's see about getting my money back.
Didn't have any trouble getting $5 credit from ebay for them being late.
