Update (Paper work part): so he was the first 5 so DROS began soon it opens. It took them till 11:30am to finish Drosing 2 firearms lol!! My friend said the staff have no clue or set of procedures just running around with heads cut off but its a new store and a big box type so i'm not surprise.

Wait theres more, after he left at 11:30am, they called while he was on the freeway 1/2 way home to ask him to return because 2 paperwork needs his signature :face palm:

At the end of the day he got his 10/22 @$129 & PX4 @$399 vs full boat retail at his local FFL and just dealt with the big box bs.

The one in Fresno has been useless imo. For months now when you call you get a recorded greeting saying "the gun dept does not answer the phone, there are no semi auto handguns in stock, no 9mm, .22, .45, .223, 5.56 or etc etc ammo."

Fresno store in Aug I was in the store just after 9am and didn't leave until just before 1pm. When I went in to pick the gun up it took 1 1/2 hours. No big grand opening sale, just a regular day.

So how much time did he spend to save $200? Can't wait for part two when he picks up.

ouch, I could not spend that much time there during the work week, definitely would come out negative on the net $$ portion. I was thinking of going tonight, but maybe not

Just came back, here's the update on their flyer ammo: probly around 50 boxes left for those 9mm, limited to two per person. They sold out all other brand 9mm. Also sold out 22, but has a few boxes of 556 left. Plenty shotgun ammo left. That's all based on what i saw in their display, not sure if they have more in the back, might want to give them a call.
Got there around 1pm, lined up outside with about 15 ppl ahead of me waiting to get into the store. There's another ammo line inside, but i was able to get everything done within an hour.

Same, time is money. If I lived within 10/15 mins of the store, then maybe. Not worth the hassle. Back to Big 5 for me...

There was a reasonable amount of ammo when I was there last Friday. No line to get into the store but there was a ammo line. Would have been in and out in an hour if the idiot in line front of me hadn't wasted everyone's time with his lack of ID and arguing about being in the system.

There was a $10 off when you spend $50 coupon that I forgot to use. Not sure if it’s good on ammo but I could’ve saved even more that way. No primers besides large magnum rifle or shotgun.
I used it on ammo, it's the bar code on the flyer.

Works for ammo. Used it last week.
