    Its foolish to think water/-sewer bill would be lower if there were no wipes. If the things didnt exist, the price would be no different.

    I'm not arguing one way or another about flushing wipes... but I am calling BS on it being a factor in rates.

          Almost every water board in the country tells you not to flush these. And unless you believe money grows on trees, then you should believe it will impact your rates at best, or your health at worst.



          Even wipes labeled “flushable” will clog pipes and interfere with sewage collection and treatment throughout the state.
          Wastewater treatment facilities around the state already are reporting issues with their sewer management collection systems. These facilities are asking state residents to not discard wipes in the toilet

            For some reason I thought I was going to read a thread about some trick that involved someone stuffing flushable wipes inside a synthetic stock to reduce recoil or something.
