    Thorsden Gen1 $50 in OD

I check with them once in a while to see if they have any blems on sale. They do for $75. Good deal.

But under the "sale section" I found this gem for $50.

way better than a fin grip imo.

Awesome find OP, Thanks, I also pick them up whenever blems are available, but $50 is the best price I've seen, grabbed a couple more.

I've been kicking around picking up a blem from them, but does anyone have any experience with how blemished they are?

Is it okay for a featureless configuration? Seems you can wrap your thumb around the grip...

            Yes, featureless OK.
            It grips like mini 14.
'Cuz big holes are easier to see.

Will these work with a Vltor A5 system?

Sweet, I've always wanted to try a featureless build. How blemished is it? My rifles are going to be instagrammed, snap chatted, pictured with my cat and all blinged out and have to be in purrrfect condition. OK, end sarcasm, it's a rifle, if it's not getting dinged up you clearly are not using it enough. It's like buying a blem drill or impact wrench as long as it works you shouldn't care about cosmetics bc it's a tool that's going to be used hard.

I have a couple of Thorsden blems. I think they are Gen 2's. I can't tell the difference between a blem and non-blem. They look the same to me. I think it has to do with how well the colors were blended. The blems I got were green.

For the sale stocks, you'll need to get buffer tube cover. You don't have to have a Thorsden cover. A foam rubber cover for a pistol build should work

I bought 2 or 3 blems and the only blemish I found was a speck of dust, fit and finish excellent.
