Might not ever get it that cheap, but prices are sure to come down in a few months, so only buy what you need now. A couple of these MTM crates will last for a while. That's crate holds 2040 rounds, very nicely.

PS: Limit 4 of the Norma's at SW. OOS just about everywhere. They still have a "pickup in store only" routine going on.

Very true.... Because I started to really not like the direction Obama was going with everything, I ramped up my ammo purchases. In a course of a year, I bought a little over 15k rounds of ammo in 2010, luckily before any of the gun scare craze started to really take off. Of course not to horde or to flip in the private ammo section (sadly, like many do) but for recreational shooting and hunting. And because that's just me - buy in bulk and get a discount on price of item and shipping (this rarely happens anymore) It lasted me a good 7-8 years but stock is getting low and I think it's about that time to refill again.

Edit - Jesus christ, i went back to look for more ammo and it's F'ing crazy to see prices taking a 200, 300 even 400% hike overnight. American Marksman sold 1000 round .223 for $259, now they want $375. Sgammo had 1000 round 10mm for $279 or something like that, now they removed the option to buy bulk and marked up their individual box of 50's. Reloading and Outdoors were selling .50 Beowulf for $29 /box of 20, now they want $45 for that same box. Hot damn these price gougers!!!!!

I'm no expert but from what I understood, you can't transport any ammo purchased out of CA into CA. Even before the 2019 ammo background check bullcrap. You may want to double check. Maybe I'm wrong, don't remember.

I'll let you have a couple boxes of my Norma at, ............. $9.99 a box. But wait!!! Buy 19 and get the 20th for absolutely free. Flat rate shipping too. Only $49.99 per order. Such a deal.

It's gonna be a while before stocks and prices come down. But they will. Trouble is, the tax is here to stay and more than likely, this ruling will be short lived like the magazines a while back.
