I have two accounts. I believe I received/used the 8% one (from 3 weeks ago) on one account, but did not get it on the other account.

This time, I got the 10% on the 2nd account.....but not the first.

BUT, in the past, I have sometimes gotten 10% on both accounts.

Good info. I personally have never gotten ebay bucks twice on the same account within the same quarterly period, if I had qualified and also used the ebay bucks promo for that account. That is the case for the two accounts that I've used the ebay bucks promo on a few weeks ago, but the last account that I haven't used the promo on has qualified for promos after.

I suppose it is possible to still get it on the same account that had qualified and used before, but the chances are slimmer.
