    so are there any big major differences between the SAR and x95?

    ie: would i regret buying a SAR version vs a x95 version?

      I have shot both. I have the X95. You wouldn't regret it. Most difference is cosmetic. At that price it's a great deal. I paid 2k for the X95. Also, IWI stopped making the Tavor but they still make the X95 so you could sell it and get the X95 if you changed your mind. The Tavor has been holding steady in value because it's no longer made and getting harder to find, especially new.

        Completely different mag release. I have a Tavor and I think for featureless (grip wrap), it's a better choice.
