I tried mini rounds in my Mossberg 500. I didn't like their propensity to get caught or flipped while being chambered. Perhaps others have had better experiences.

There's a rubber adapter (spacer) for Mossbergs. Forgot the brand name, but if you can search this board you'll find it.

Thanks, I'll keep an eye out. I like the idea, the function was just lacking. Perhaps with the adapter it'll be worth using.

I think it was for KSG's, not sure if they made one for other pump guns.

I use the opsol and minishells in my serbu 500 for first time shooters.

If there was a #4 buckshot it would go nicely with the slug.

So besides the KSG and the Mossber with adapter do these work in anything else that is pump or semi-automatic (that I assume you would need to manually cycle)?

Anyone know about the 870 and how well they work and if there is an adapter for it or if the Moss 500 adapter works in it?
