Make sure to call Big5 before you go pick up to make sure the manager on site has authority to release firearm.

Did that and picked mine up this morning when they opened. Took about 30 minutes but I was in no rush to get to work.

Picked mine up yesterday. Had to double back because the representative at Big 5 supposedly had me sign the wrong DROS form the first time around. Happy with the rifle though. Quality is surprisingly good for a 22 clone.

Finally took mine to the range today. It is picky on ammo, likes 1255fps and up. From the four I tried only 2 worked perfectly. Armscor 36gr HV (1260fps) and Remington 22 Thunderbolt (1255fps) worked great. Cycled every time.

CCI standard velocity (1070fps) and Federal Auto match (1200fps) had FTF and FTE 90% of the time.

                  Hope that helps.

After a business meeting in Santa Rosa this morning, I had some time to kill so dropped by the Big 5 in Rhonert Park and they had one on the shelf. Jailed it right then. I asked the manager and he said it was the last they had in stock at that location. They're out of stock at the Big 5's near me in Daly City and San Bruno.

It was marked Special $399. But the manager said there was an additional mark-down and it was $359. He said it's been sitting there on the shelf for months so was surprised somebody was finally buying it. They didn't have any spare magazines for it.

I am picking mine up today but could use the money more than the rifle. I am in the San Fernando Valley if someone wants to make a reasonable offer. And No, i will not lose money on it.

Mine will not feed Remington Golden Bullets at all. It only likes to eat unplated ammo like Blazers and Thunderbolts.

I was able to find one. My local Big 5 had it shipped to locally and they honored the 359 price!!! Awesome.
