These KaBars are flimsy plastic eating utensils, nothing more.

And the undetectable knife law does not apply to possession. They are illegal to commercially manufacture or import/export for commercial/wholesale sales.

Those are typical prices, I like the Kabar brand and bought the Spork to try out a few years ago since I thought the knife would be cool, but fair warning the spoon is like the size of your thumb and basically useless, you'll see it as the main complaint in the reviews. Another good Spork I now use in my EDC and BOB is the CRKT and it's half the price, it doesn't have the knife but I normally carry a flip knife with me.
