We have this rack, pretty solid, I paid little over $50. Vertical height adjustment 17 to 28 inches they say. It was more like 18 to 27 inches.

The smaller size would fit my garage better, funny though it is a bit more expensive, sale and regular price. Similar item, less material, more money; bizzarro world.
