I have an Aukey, different model and it's been stellar. I'm a habitual user of cheap dashcams, usually in the $30ish range and those tend to die because the batteries can't handle the heat in the vehicle and then start to swell.
The difference with Aukeys is they're capacitor powered, so nothing to swell and can handle hotter temps. Downside is once your car turns off, a few seconds later the dashcam will. Not a big deal but it's something.
The build quality of Aukey is pretty good for the price. I use their USB cords and a few of their chargers too, and they're always some of the best stuff. Comparable to Aukey's quality would be Anker, which I have a bunch of their products too.
Another good thing about this dashcam is you're getting a very long USB cable to run to your center console, not just a cable long enough to get to your dashboard cigarette lighter like the others usually provide. And since Aukey makes USB cables, it's a nice and thick one too (others have been pretty thin). And they give you a dual USB adapter, so if you still plug your phone into your center console you can still do that.
Fakespot is good to use, but in my experience Aukey's quality has always been good. It's not a $200 dashcam, but if you're just trying to record stuff it'll do fine. The fancier ones have GPS, but I didn't need that.
Make sure you get an Endurance SD Card, although I've been using regular (but quality ones, like SanDisk or Transcend) and you should be fine. I've literally have had the same ones in my car for years and it's always worked. I just ordered an Endurance SanDisk one because I want to move one of my cheaper dashcams to the back of my car and needed another SD card.
