Somebody also had a extra code for 5% last time too. I still get the same error message, granted I'm only buying the bulk packs...

"Coupon code "MSXB2017" is not valid. This Coupon Code is only valid for 1 Competition Sample packet. Please remove additional items from the cart and re-enter the Coupon Code."

Good luck for those it does work for as I'm jealous....

Edit: OK I suck, I removed the space at the end, and saved an additional $55, thanks...

Sweet!! I love it when someone saves some money. You know every time a coupon code is used for guns or ammo Kevin De leon gets a pain in his softees!

                New to reloading.....

What's a standard price vs. a deal price vs. a steal price for 9mm and .223?

With this sale I'm seeing the .223 for about $.08/bullet and about 9mm (147grn) for about $.07/bullet.

these are "deal" prices. steals are at about 4-6cpb

The 5% code extra off worked fine. Apparently was a Madalyn Stewart coupon code.

                      Thanks OP !

When do the steals come on?

Right now 115gr 9mm plated would be 6.77cpb, that's pretty good. Not The best we have seen tho.
The best prices come when they do 20% off with free shipping, I think they did it on Black Friday.

gdmoody, moderator of thefirearmsforum (message #2) says plated Xtreme is the only bullet he uses now for reloading 380. (For 380 use very fast powders for more leeway between over/under charging).

The general idea for reload data in the thread applies to all calibers. Take jacketed start and max velocities from official reloading data, and use about half way in between for Xtreme plateds.
