We have been looking in the Santa Clarita area for 8 years now.
We have had multiple offers rejected for various reasons including landlords not wanting a firearm dealer in their shopping center.
We are still patiently waiting for the right opportunity to come up.

Probably because the landlords are either d-bag liberals or they are asking ridiculous amounts of money for buys/leases.

I almost bought an investment property in SCV and the idiots there think that the place still doesn't resemble Fresno. I paid pretty much their asking price for a condo in Burbank. LoL
