Wanted to give a shout out to Cabelas customer service. They always bend over backwards to make things right. Three out of three times, I'd missed some promo code deadline due to their Website acting squirrely, and they gave me vouchers or extensions.

Most recently, with the 17CLUBA24 promo (10% and free shipping for Cabelas Visa holders), which I couldn't use because their Website wouldn't add my Visa before the expiration. After I emailed them, they extended me three days from the time of their reply e-mail. I just completed a ~$600 order and they credited me 10%. With 80% gift cards and 10% Active Junky of course.

I'm sure gonna miss these guys if they start charging CA sales tax.

Even with sales tax the deals can still be better than any other place. Simple math proves that right now. Only BP reworking the retail prices of C's to align with their own stores prices is what will really kill the deals.
