Its not located in the same location, previously on the left side with card info and such. Its not obscured and much smaller, toward the top half right side.

Yeah you have to look for it but it's there.

Tried it again, the code box finally showed up this afternoon. It appeared under the Payment page on the right side. Wasn't there this morning.

I've tried to place 2 other orders this week with the new online ordering system they just installed. I finally gave up on those 2 orders and had to call both in because the website was acting up so badly. This glitch today is just another example of the problems they're having.
