I had problems with the 115gr.

It wouldn't cycle on my Sig 226e, wouldn't lock the slide back on last round on my glock and well used xd9. Plus I was covered in powder and the burn off smelted like burned pubic hair.

I emailed them and never got a reply. For $10-15 more, I'd go with factory named new. JME

13cpr is not efficient reloading. i make my 9s for a nickel. with great deals like the OP shared why bother reloading for 13cpr?

Yet in this thread, you acknowledged that you can reload for a .05 (which I'd love for you to expand upon ) but then talk down to someone (which you seem to always do) that they aren't reloading efficently but give props to the OP of this thread.

why dont you find my quotes instead of making up your own crap? i dont know what thread you're talking about but yes 13cpr for 223 is possible if you dont nit pick on components and find great deals that come around once or twice a year. I've even had members contact me on this and I'm glad to share it how. And how am i bashing the guy who makes 9mm for 13cpr? I'm simply sharing my opinion that at those cost its not reasonable to reload 9mm because factory price is pretty close to that. You can EASILY hit the ignore button on me i dont know why you have to share how "tired" you are. OT would just love people like yourself.

A nickle, huh? Is someone GIVING you bullets or lead? LOL :-)
$.13/rnd IS efficient reloading for somene who doesn't have access to cheap lead for casting. A saving of $.05/rnd amounts to saving $50 on a thousand rounds of FM plated ammo. To some, that could be significant. I personally will load my own when I'm using plateds.

As far as "why bother", that's kind of the point I was making. One CAN make ammo better than factory by hand loading. I was merely pointing out that, even for a handloader who uses Xtreme plated bullets, the $0.18 isn't a bad deal.
P.S. I cast a lot of my own bullets, and my 9mm 124gr cartridges cost $.07/rnd. I have to buy lead, so a 124gr bullet costs me $.02 counting lube or powder coat, powder $.02 and primer $.03. Cast bullets don't work on my progressive rig which I use when I don't have time to cast, or when I want 1000 rounds at one sitting, so I use plated bullets in those instances.
