    I ordered mine on Sunday and still haven't received them. And my order number doesn't exist anymore according to their order tracking page...

      Thank you for contacting us. After reviewing the purchase, it shows that the transaction was flagged as fraud and immediately cancelled. The funds were reversed back to your account right away. Please contact your bank concerning this matter.

        They flagged as fraud? Nice way to get a business from me and you. Still hard to understand how that happens. They sell the card and when you buy it they said you are trying to commit fraud? I think I will stick to svm from now on.

          Well, you must have loved this post. It didn't cost you a thing. Well, I take that back. It cost you some time and some aggravation.

          Everyone must remember, Sweet Deals couldn't care less if they lose a customer or two or two million. There's more than enough willing customers out there. I just wonder what it takes to get on their "fraud" list.

                      I, Darto, also got the exact same fraud email.
                      There is NO way 3 different banks flagged the transaction as fraudulent use of a card. No way!

                      The banks did not cry fraud over the transactions, sweetDeals itself, not the banks is responsible. I do not believe SweetDeals is telling the whole and correct story with this spam like form letter identical emails that they sent out.

                      Screw SweetDeals: I do not trust them.

                        Reseller ratings consumer feedback site,

                        page for sweetdeals is 100% bad, every single review complains about exact same thing: sweetdeals cancelled gift cards ordered for no apparent reason.

                          That could be a software glitch on their side (or whatever authentication partner they use), so the customer service can only tell you that.
