Norma Tac 22lr and Tac 223 at Cabela's

Seems like everyone is dropping their price on the Norma Tacs 22lr round. You can still get two bricks at Brownells for $89 and change delivered using one of their $10 off and free ship code.

This morning I noticed Cabela's dropped their brick price to $44.99. That's their lowest list price ever for them. Too bad there's no coupon codes other than $5 shipping on orders over $99. Still, that's $35 a brick with gift cards and AJ, spreading the $5 shipping around the number of bricks you buy. By now I would think everyone has used their rebate. If not, those bricks become cheaper.

Also I've noticed that one of my favorite 223's, the Norma, is on sale. It's also at C's lowest offering price. It's been there before, but not for a while. It's $6.74 per 20. Using the available bells and whistles it comes down to $5.26 or 26.3 cpr for a very nice round. Still have to pay that $5 shipping. Maybe a coupon code and or free ship will come around before the sale goes away.

If Norma Match 22lr is your round, it's also on sale for a nice $64.99 a brick.

Norma has a $10 rebate as well for a single brick of 22LR. $50 rebate if you buy a case.

It might be too late as I think the rebate has to be in Norma's hands by April 15.

Actually, it looks like Norma needs to receive it by May 15th, which gives you plenty of time.

Not sure where you see that date. Looking at the above link from Norma, says "requests must be received by April 15th".

Also "purchases must be competed by 3/31" so the rebate period has ended.

The Brownell's attachment appears to be the updated rebate form. For some reason Norma haven't updated the form on their own website

Better check with Norma first just to be sure. The extension could be just Brownell's exclusive but I highly doubt it.

This is the only thing I can see at Brownell's and it's worthless.

Which is better ammo, this Norma .223 55gr or the IMI 5.56 55gr round? Looking to reload afterwards as well.

You could save another 14% to 20% off by paying with discount gift cards from GiftCardPlace.com market place. But beware gift cards bought from secondary market have a bit of risks associated.
Buy gift cards for up to 60% off discount. Sell your gift cards and get up to 90% value as cash. GiftCardPlace.com is the largest discount gift card marketplace, where you can compare the gift card discounts and save money.

Also don't forget to get an additional cash back for Cabela's purchase.

As I mentioned above, the Norma Tac 223 is $6.74 a box. That's 26.3 cpr plus shipping of $5. For you "can" guys, plastic of course, the bulk sale just came up. I find it funny that even though it looks like a better deal, it's not. The 1200 "can" comes out to be 26.6 cpr plus shipping. Actually, when you factor in the shipping, it probably about the same as buying 60 boxes. Anyway, link is below.

                      Better hurry on this puppy.

Norma Tacs 22lr just hit bottom at ............ $39.99 a brick at C's. That's $31.80 a brick with the bells and whistles, and add $5 shipping. Three bricks are $97.5 delivered if no tax. That's 6.5 cpr.

I don't reload, but my buddies do and love the Norma brass. My Daniel Defense loves the round. I have a good bit of the IMI but the few rounds I've shot haven't impressed me. I haven't given them a fair try, as I've shoot a good bit of the Norma and the PMC Bronze now and like them. I've bought a good many Norma's 223 at this latest price but I've always got them cheaper with either a 10% off'er and/or higher rebates from AJ or SB. If one or the other come up during the $6.74 price, I'll have to get another 1K or so.

Bleep. I just bought a case last month for their mail-in rebate. Surely would have been easier to buy them at that price instead of $45 and then having to surgically cut out all the barcodes, assemble the paperwork and mail them.

If I add 4 bricks to the cart, use $20 off $150 coupon (email version), discounted gift cards, final cost would be just over $29 after AJ cashback Too bad I only have about $200 left in gift cards

So what are you waiting for???? H*ll has already frozen over in your neck of the woods. I got two SVM cards in the mail yesterday. Saving them for 223's but I want a better deal. I'm sure there's one down the road. Meanwhile, I need another SVM card or two. One of these days he's/C's gonna stop with the 20%.
