This looks like the same upper some of us got it at $250 and $230 recently without codes. It is worth getting for the price. the bolt mine came with is marked MPI.

Yeah a member over on the somethingawful forums gunboard had that exact experience and posted his email exchanges/chat sessions with Midway customer service.
