Quoted for you:
Cabelas just put up 9mm this morning for $10.49 a box. It was pretty much the price point I was waiting for.
48 Boxes at $503.52
+$19.95 shipping
Code - 176YF50 = $50 off 500. Bringing total to $473.52 shipped.
If you pay with 20% giftcards, thats $378.81 for 2400 rounds, or 15.7cpr for new 9mm.
Additional 2% back if activejunkie is your thing, taking another $9.47 off (15.3 cpr)Comment

you guys seem to keep assuming everyone has a cashback account, then also discounted gift cards.
you need to stop that and compare base price to base price for deals, then those with the cards and accounts can make it better for themselves.
as for the aluminum, i use to run it almost exclusively since it was easily available and cheap. OC Indoor Range in Brea and Prado Range in Chino Hills has no problems with it when i use to shoot it. Since i haven't seen these on sale for the last 2 years i already ran through my supply and now i'm stocked on brass stuff. if i didn't already just place an order of ammo I would jump on this deal.
And i loved using these too since i didn't feel guilty for not picking back up the empty casings to recycle like i do with brass.Originally posted by leelawBecause -ohmigosh- they can add their opinions, too?Originally posted by SoCalSig1911Preppers canceled my order this afternoon because I called them a disgrace... Not ordering from those clowns again.Originally posted by PrepperGunShopTruthfully, we cancelled your order because of your lack of civility and your threats ... What is a problem is when you threaten my customer service team and make demands instead of being civil. Plain and simple just don't be an a**hole (where you told us to shove it).Comment

Love the ammo.
Runs great for me.Comment

Think Blazer Brass in Aluminum cases...
Pros: Relatively lower price point than brass. Made by CCI in the U.S.A. Similar if not the same ballistics as Blazer Brass.
Blazer Ballistics
Blazer Brass Ballistics
They just look cool (subjective) and more peace of mind versus using steel case ammo (also subjective).
If these are unsafe and unreliable ammo, CCI won't be making them anymore.Comment

After several years of talking about purchasing items, including ammo, at Cabela's, it has to be assumed that we always use 20% gift cards and a rebater when we quote a price. That's what we are starting to call "all the bells and whistles". If you are a regular customer, why wouldn't you use these?? If you don't, it's not worth buying much of anything at Cabelas, as most of their non sale items can be had cheaper elsewhere. Even their on sale items aren't that great until you add "the bells and whistles".
Other codes are usually given as they become available, like the 176xxxx codes. These have been around for quite some time. Also, it's not rocket science to find the codes. Slickguns has them listed as does wikiarms.Actually Sue's HusbandComment

Not at all. I'll still be using their gift cards for non ammo purchases. With GCs you can still get better deal at Cs on tons of merchandise. Just recently got a GoPro 5 black for $220 from 400. Buying reloading supplies beats any online store I've looked at as well. As long as GCs are still available for 20% off I'll keep buying. And if you're using the Deals thread I'm also assuming you're using them or have been convicted to start using them when we list prices on ammoComment
