I noticed they're selling just the scope for $329, if orders cant be modified, that's still quite a deal on a great optic that was still going for $500 3 months ago.

Really thinking about picking one up. If they won't throw in 10s instead of 30s, might be worth just seeing if they'll exclude the mags altogether since that way you're getting the mount for $30 instead of the $60 they normally charge for it. I'm planning on calling and seeing what they can do

Been a lurker for sometime now. I owe the OP a huge thanks for this post!

I was all ready to buy one of these scopes from cheaper than dirt.

I also called them and you can't modify the package. I.E. can't sub the 30 rnd mags for the 10rnd mags.

All in all it's a killer deal.

Just ordered mine. They couldn't substitute, but would allow me to exclude the mags entirely, so I still got the scope mount and scope for only $30 more than the scope by itself. Shipping was either $20 or $12 depending on carrier for a total around $370-375 (sorry haven't gotten my confirmation email yet and I wasn't paying super close attention when he read the total over the phone). Can confirm, they ship the 2 30 round mags to CA. Will be modifying them to suit.
